Founded by Dr. Anthony Hamlet, a nationally recognized educational leader with extensive experience in district transformation, governance coaching, and leadership development, CSI Strategies is grounded in the belief that student outcomes improve when leadership is intentional, systems are coherent, and accountability is shared.
